Thank you for your interest in the BST Lab at UBC Forestry. We seek highly motivated scholars with an interest understanding and addressing contemporary sustainability challenges. We are particularly interested in candidates with a social science background and advanced training in qualitative or quantitative methods.
The BST lab seeks to foster a collaborative and collegial environment. We are a diverse group who meet weekly to discuss independent research projects and explore potential avenues for collaboration.
The BST lab welcomes inquiries from scholars at the undergraduate, masters, doctoral, and post-doctoral level. If you are interested in joining the lab, please send the P.I. an introductory email with your recent transcripts, CV, and a brief description of your research interests. Positions in the lab are contingent on available funding and supervisory capacity.
